Candlelit Care is a perinatal mental health platform centered around Black joy. It offers an expert-led virtual coaching team, symptom tracking, analytics, guided education, and coordination with existing providers to reduce the risk and symptoms of PMADs before, during, and after pregnancy. Users receive a personalized assessment, dedicated coach, and flexible support via text, email, video, or calls, plus access to a supportive online community and a forthcoming virtual therapy clinic.
