5 New AI Tools: From product photos to first customers

Written by Wilco Verdoold

Five newly submitted AI tools for the work of selling online, from turning a flat lay into a model shot to landing your first customers.

Last edition's tools each served one profession. This one is about one task instead, the work almost any independent seller faces: getting a product seen and winning the first customer. Here are five tools, straight from the submission queue, that each take on one step of selling online.

This is not a ranking. We pick the ones that stand out to us, which is a judgment call, not a measurement. The measured view, built on traffic, reviews and investment, is what our monthly rankings are for.

On-Model

On-Model turns flat product shots into finished fashion imagery. Upload a flat lay or an existing photo, and it generates a realistic on-model image, swaps the model in a shot you already have, or produces a marketplace-ready packshot, while keeping prints, seams and fit intact.

Good for: Fashion and apparel sellers shooting catalogues on a small budget.

Quick facts: Austria. Freemium, with an API.

FlowLister

FlowLister reads a product photo and builds the eBay listing around it: title, description, item specifics and a price drawn from real sold comparables, ready to publish in one tap. It is aimed at resellers who work through inventory in batches, turning a pile of photos into finished listings in a fraction of the usual time.

Good for: eBay resellers and high-volume sellers who want to skip manual listing work.

Quick facts: United States. Freemium, with an API and an iOS app.

Nimora

Nimora sits on top of a Shopify store and watches how shoppers behave. Session replays and heatmaps show where people drop off, and the same workspace generates the assets to fix it, from product photos to blog posts and keywords. The aim is to spot a conversion problem and act on it in one place.

Good for: Shopify merchants who want to see why visitors leave and convert more of them.

Quick facts: United States. Freemium. Works with Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce and WordPress.

welaunch.sh

welaunch.sh turns a product URL into a launch plan. Point it at your site, and it studies the product before building a channel-by-channel strategy with ready-to-post copy for Reddit, Product Hunt, directories, SEO and outreach, plus competitor notes and a launch-day checklist. It drafts the plan and the words, and you decide what actually goes out.

Good for: Founders and indie makers planning a launch without a marketing team.

Quick facts: United States. Paid.

Max

Max is an autonomous sales agent aimed at the people most likely to buy. It identifies B2B prospects, watches for buying signals, and writes personalized outreach, taking on the prospecting and cold-outreach work that usually fills a sales team's week. Where a launch creates attention, Max is built to turn it into first customers.

Good for: B2B founders and small sales teams without a dedicated prospecting setup.

Quick facts: Belgium. Paid. No public API.
